Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is an effective skin exfoliating treatment, involving the use of a scalpel which gently scrapes off dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, as well as removing vellus hairs. The build-up of dead skin cells and unwanted hair can make complexion appear dull and flaky, as well as causing blockages from clogged pores. Dermaplaning is a mechanical exfoliation treatment that helps clients to maintain an even, beautiful and healthy skin glow. Recommended for all skin types, we find that clients with sun damage, fine lines, and dry skin all benefit from our Dermaplaning treatments.

Dermaplaning is the perfect treatment for anyone who is passionate about retaining a natural glowing, flawless complexion. Dermaplaning is a highly effective method of exfoliation. Considered a medical-grade exfoliation, Dermaplaning is carried out using a small scalpel for the controlled removal of the outermost layer of skin. The scalpel is expertly passed over the skin, removing dead skin cells and vellus hair.

Will there be any change to my Facial hair regrowth?

No. The structure of hair will not change. The hair producing follicle is located in the dermis. Any actions to the hair above skin level will have no impact in the follicle itself.

Hair will return as normal at the same growth rate, colour and texture as before.
